Self-Care is a compilation of thirty one lessons that I shared with my readers at the end of the pandemic lockdowns. It was born out of the many questions I, and my readers, were facing about how to navigate the days ahead, how we could rejuvenate and replenish ourselves, where to find joy.
The lessons included information from experts in the areas of health, mental and emotional well-being, relationships, financial literacy, spiritual growth, and education. Those 31 lessons received more positive feedback than any posts I had ever written. So I decided to share them widely.
This course was the precursor to a book I wrote of the same name, and all of that material is here in an audio and visual framework for you to experience, as many times as you wish.
